  3. Appropriate Conduct. The user agrees to use the platform respectfully, without harassing, insulting, or disrupting educational activities.
  4. Payments and Refunds. For paid classes, the user must comply with payment deadlines. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the current policy.
